John Martin

John was born in 1736 and his baptism took place on 6 January 1736 at St Bertoline, Barthomley. John's father was John Martin and his mother was Sarah Bostock. His paternal grandparents were John Martin and Sarah; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Bostock and Katherine Wrench. He had three brothers and a sister, named James, Joseph, Thomas and Mary. He was the second oldest of the five children.
