Thomas and Mary were married in a religious ceremony on 7 February 1769 at St Bertoline, Barthomley by Curate Joshua Stohhewer and witnessed by Thomas Bate and John Bennion.¹

- Thomas Bennion
  Thomas was born in 1738 in Ruyton of the Eleven Towns, Shropshire and his baptism took place on 21 May 1738 at St John the Baptist, Ruyton of the Eleven Towns, Shropshire. He died at the age of 90 on 18 July 1828 in Barthomley, Cheshire. The funeral took place on 21 July 1828 at St Bertoline, Barthomley.
  
  Mary Martin
  Mary was born in 1743 in Barthomley, Cheshire and her baptism took place on 24 July 1743 at St Bertoline, Barthomley. She died at the age of 69 on 6 September 1812.

- John Bennion
  John was born in 1769 in Balterley, Staffordshire and his baptism took place on 1 January 1770 at St Chad's, Wybunbury. He died at the age of 80 in 1849.
  
  Anne Bennion
  Anne was born in 1782 in Barthomley, Cheshire and her baptism took place on 12 October 1782.
