John Murphy

John was born in September 1877. John's father was Martin Murphy and his mother was Sarah (Sally) Hoban. His paternal grandparents were Patt Murphy and Winifred Connor; his maternal grandparents were Patt Hoban and Mary McNulty. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Patrick, Martin, Mary, Nellie, Winifred and Bridget. He was the fifth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 69 in 1946.
