Joseph Mills

Joseph was born in 1838 in Widnes, Lancashire. Joseph's father was George Mills and his mother was Mary Albaston. He had a brother and a sister, named John and Fanny. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 74 on 28 November 1912.
