Martha was born in 1678 and her baptism took place on 24 April 1678 at St Mary's, Astbury, Cheshire.1   Martha's father was Allan Becket and her mother was Ellen Sutton. She had a brother named Allon.  She was the older of the two children.  She died at the age of 80 in 1758.  Her burial was on 19 September 1758 at St Mary's, Astbury, Cheshire.
