William Furnivall

William was born in 1559. William's father was Randle Furnivall and his mother was Mary. He had three brothers and a sister, named Randle, Roger, Thomas and Margrett. He died at the age of 68 in 1627.

Death Notes
- William's will was made on 7 August 1627 and proved in Chester in 1627. In it, he describes himself as "of the Oke in the parish of Sandbach in the countie of Chester yeoman", meaning that his home is known as "The Oak". The will directs that William's son Randle ffurnivall shall pay his mother (William's widow, Isabell ffurnivall) the sum of six pounds a year. Randle received one third of William's estate, and his sister Ellen received two thirds. There is no mention of William's other son in the will.

General Notes
- In John Lingard's will (proved 7 April 1592) he records debts owing to:
  Randle Furnevall: 36s 8d.
  William Furnevall: 21s 3d.
