Selina Ann Littler

Selina was born on 8 January 1854.¹ Selina is no longer alive.

General Notes
- John Bennion's wife is named Selina in the following census records, but I couldn't find a marriage record for her in Northwich in the 1870s. There is one for John Bennion and Mary Ann Atherton (Q2-1873, 8a 384). Mary Atherton may have come from Wharton (1861 Census, RG9/2606/76/P24, Sch 145).
  
  The LDS PRF (Dave Lee) has John Bennion and Selina Ann Littler marriage on 24 Nov 1872 at Manchester Cathedral, but this seemed at first to be unlikely. However, it turns out that Selina was living next door to John in 1871, so it is not so unlikely after all.
  
  Interestingly, there is an Atherton family (not the same one) living two houses away from Selina in 1881, and Hannah Bennion married John Atherton in 1870, and an Elizabeth Bennion married Nathan Atherton in 1871)
