William and Mary were married in a religious ceremony.

  •  William Furnivall and Mary Foster 18 Oct 1714 Sandbach, Cheshire (LDS IGI), but this is too late for this couple to be the parents of William in May 1708.

They had five sons and a daughter, named William, Richard, Randle, John, Thomas and Martha.

  • No marriage details found. There is a William Furnival/Mary Willliams marriage in Winslow (sic) in the IGI in 1702, which could just be feasible if Wilmslow is meant, but I would expect somewhere nearer to Warmingham/Sandbach/Congleton. However, Genuki implies that the Parish of Wilmslow did not exist until 1894, and the actual parish of Winslow is in Buckinghamshire.
    
    There is a William Furnivall/Mary Foster marriage in Sandbach 18 Oct 1714 but this is too late for most of the children.
