However, a religious marriage is recorded for Tho's Padmore and Hannah Furnwall at Mill Street, Congleton, Cheshire, on 10 Jun 1855 in the Cheshire Non-conformist Records, 1671-1900, at pilot.familysearch.org. Thomas's father is given as John Padmore. The marriage was probably held at the United Reformed Church, which was in Mill Street.
